School visits are self-guided explorations of the NHM with you and your students. Don't worry, Docents and Gallery Interpreters are available throughout the Museum to help answer questions and show you cool artifacts!
To book a visit:
Guided Programs and some exhibits require an additional reservation. Take a look at Exhibits & Programming page so you know exaclty what you would like to request!
Next, fill out an online visit request by clicking the link below. If you would like to book multiple visits for your school, submit a seperate request for each visit.
Look for two e-mails from the Museum:
E-mail 1 arrives within 24 hours of filling out a visit request and lets you know your request was recieved. It has a tracking number (letters and numbers) on it, keep this handy in case you need to follow up with us!
E-mail 2 arrives within 2-3 weeks of filling out a visit request, and confirms your visit. It has an order number (only numbers) and lists exhibit and Guided Program reservations we were able to book for you. Look it over to make sure it's correct, then print a copy to bring on your visit.
