Being Los Angeles Celebrates Armenian History Month

The Natural History Museum is proud to be a part of a vibrant and diverse community of Angelenos, who are coming together to educate, reflect, and celebrate how L.A. residents have helped shape Los Angeles. With our archives and collections, we look back at the lives and feats of the Angelenos who came before us. With our exhibitions, programs, and partnerships, we make connections between the past and present, weaving together history with stories from people who call L.A. home today.

Here you'll find highlights from our collections that speak to the natural and cultural heritage of L.A. You'll also find ways to celebrate your own story, both with us and with our partner institutions and organizations throughout Los Angeles County
