Registration will be open from now until April 10, 2022, or until all available slots are full. By registering you are agreeing to be an exhibitor for both dates of Bug Fair: May 21 & 22, 2022.
Please remember that your registration is not a guarantee of participation. The Education and Programs team will review your application and contact you via email to let you know whether or not you have been approved to participate as an exhibitor within two weeks of the end date of registration.
Please read all details on the Exhibitor Acknowledgement Form carefully before registering. As a reminder, we have a limited number of 30 Exhibitor slots available, and each exhibitor may only register for a maximum of 2 tables. The price of for-profit tables is $200 each, and the price of non-profit tables is $25 each.
