Trina Roberts
As Associate Vice President for Collections, Trina works with staff in all departments to improve and advocate for our three museums’ incredible collections. She was introduced to museum collections as a graduate student at the Field Museum of Natural History and the University of Chicago, where she earned a Ph.D. in Evolutionary Biology, and as an undergraduate at Harvard University. She has studied the relationship between evolution and geography in groups of mammals including fruit bats and treeshrews. She worked at the University of Alaska Museum, National Evolutionary Synthesis Center, and University of Iowa Pentacrest Museums before joining NHM in 2018.
