Diving into Prehistoric L.A.
Did you know that the Los Angeles area used to be underwater? This week, we’ll take a deep dive into our newest exhibit, L.A. Underwater! Explore real fossils, see weird marine specimens, and hear from the awesome scientists that study them. Get ready to learn about amazing ancient and modern day sea creatures and imagine our city's watery, prehistoric past!
Who: Children entering grades K–5
Where: In-person, at the Natural History Museum!
When: Monday–Friday, July 11–July 15, 2022 | 9:00 am–3:00 pm
Extended care options available from 8:00–9:00 am and 3:00–5:00 pm daily.
