Paleo Puppetry: Bringing Stories to Life in Your Classroom

Join us at our next educator workshop, Paleo Puppetry, at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County. First, you'll hear from our Performing Arts Manager and get a special behind-the-scenes look at our Dinosaur Encounters show puppets. Then we'll jump into the classroom with one of our Museum Educators and Performing Artists to learn more about the science and art behind paleo puppetry and you'll leave with an activity you can bring back to the classroom.

Sticking around after the workshop? Educators attending this workshop will receive complimentary tickets to see the Sensory Friendly Dinosaur Encounters performance at 1 pm.

• Our workshops fill up incredibly fast! Please only sign up if you are sure you can make it – and if plans change, email us ASAP to give your spot to someone on the waitlist.
• While we love welcoming your families to our museums, this specific program is intended for formal and informal educators (18+).
• In-person workshops are subject to cancellation due to low registration, inclement weather, or changes in safety measures.
• Participants MUST register prior to the event. There will not be registration at the door.
