Young Ha Suh (she/her) joined NHMLAC in 2022 after receiving her PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Cornell University studying behavioral ecology of Florida scrub-jays. When she wasn't observing birds in the field, she prepared and studied museum specimens, which inspired her to pursue her childhood dreams of working at a natural history museum.
