Closed the first Tuesday of every month.
Also closed on Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
Parking
Natural History Museum’s Car Park
$15 flat rate
All NHM visitors can now park in the NHM Car Park, located on Bill Robertson Lane, just south of Exposition Boulevard. We have a limited number of ADA spots available for guests with visible ADA placards. The museum now has 40 new charging stations for electric vehicles.
Additional parking is also available in the Blue Structure parking lot
$15 flat rate for cars before 5pm, rates start at $18 after 5pm
Payment for this lot can be made at the automated pay stations with exact cash, Mastercard, or Visa.
The entrance to the Blue Structure is on Figueroa Boulevard at 39th Street. From there, it is just a short walk to NHM.
Go Metro
Take the Expo Line to visit. The closest stations to NHM are the Expo/USC and Expo/Vermont stations.
Trains run daily from 5 am to 12:30 am.

USC football games: The Coliseum at Exposition Park hosts USC football games throughout the Fall and Winter season. We recommend planning extra travel time on game days as the area will be busy.
