NHM Commons shares Community Science with guests with or without tickets
Community science—where communities work with scientists to make important discoveries and collect data locally—helps uncover the diverse stories all over the county and even in our backyards that help us become better stewards of our shared home.
On view in the NHM Commons, the Museum’s new Welcome Center, Doing Science Better, Together features four projects that showcase different facets of community science, from community-led observation and conservation to empowering rising generations to explore careers in science.
