About the Film:
The Tomb of Ligeia (1964), the American-British horror film directed by “King of Cult” Roger Corman and starring Vincent Price and Elizabeth Shepherd, tells the story of a man haunted by the spirit of his dead wife and the effect it has on his second marriage. A funeral takes place at the side of Castle Acre Priory, where the casket has a window allowing the face of a beautiful young woman to be seen.
