Tyler Hayden (he/him/his) is the Science Communication Specialist for the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and La Brea Tar Pits where he writes press materials and stories about the science happening at the museums. Saber-toothed cat hips don’t lie, and you can always count on bats at the L.A. River.
