David S. Janiger

Dave Janiger is primarily responsible for responding to marine mammal strandings and curatorial work relating to the museum’s marine mammal collections.

Ethan Kahn

Ethan Kahn (he/him) is a Digitization Technician for the NSF-funded DigIn project.

Anthony R. Kampf, Ph.D.

Dr. Kampf joined the Natural History Museum staff in January 1977, immediately after earning his Ph.D. in mineralogy and crystallography from the University of Chicago.

Giar-Ann Kung

Giar-Ann Kung is one of the Entomology Department's Collections Managers. She is responsible for the care and maintenance of the entomology collection.

David Ledesma, Ph.D.

David is a postdoctoral researchers using the fossil record to study the evolution of animals in the Channel Islands.

Kriss Leftwich

Kriss is responsible for the management of the Mineral Sciences collection, including assisting visiting researchers.

Collections Manager, Anthropology (Archaeology)
Amber Lincoln, Ph.D.

Dr. Amber Lincoln is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Archaeology collection and assists with the museum’s responsibilities under Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) and California NAGPRA. Amber aspires to support descendent communities as they endeavor to share knowledge of their histories, cultures and material practices.
