Single day attendance (closing banquet additional $125 US): $225 US

June 1 to August 1, 2019
Full (includes closing banquet): $800 US
Student (includes closing banquet): $400 US

Cancellation policy
There will be a $75 US cancellation fee if we receive your cancellation notice before July 1, 2019. Cancellations must be in writing via e-mail to Larry Lovell (lllpolytax@gmail.com). We regret that no refunds can be issued for cancellations received after July 1, 2019.

Mid-conference excursion: $80 US

Bound volume of conference proceedings, available from Zoosymposia publisher. Conference proceedings will also be published online with open access.

Conference T-shirt: $20 US. See T-shirt design. 
13th International Polychaete Conference T-shirts are available now for pre-order during registration! T-shirts, which are available fitted for men or women, will be available for pickup at the conference. The supplier advises that women's shirts are smaller than standard sizes; people should order them 1-2 sizes larger. Order T-shirts when you register for the meeting.
